Our Background
Diablo Live Scan has been operating business is Antioch for over 18 years. Our office hours are typically Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm (closed for an extended lunch break from 12:00-2:30). We highly suggest calling for an appointment, we usually can get you in same day, if not next day. We are excited to announce the opening of our second office in Brentwood October of 2023! November 2019-First I called to see if they were able to do the live scan for my boyfriend because the place we went to told us, she couldn't do it... something about how the form was.
But Michelle who was super helpful and friendly over the phone, answered all our questions and even gave us a quote on the price too!
So we instantly drove right down the street and realized this is the same company that used to be located downtown Antioch. Michelle was so nice and sweet, best customer service ever! It was great talking to her and she helped us less than 5 minutes!
We had our 2 year old daughter with us and she enjoyed the little bin of small figurines. Pleasantly surprised they had toys, I wasn't expecting that for some reason. Anyways, great new location and the office decor was too cute! Loved it
